3. Can you print our logo on the products? |
Yes, free charge. But we need the authorization letter for the logo from your side. We refuse any infringements. |
4. Any problems for the custom? I do not know how to get the goods. |
We have agents who can professionally operate with DHL, FexEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.. If you have less experience with the customs clearance, we will export goods as 'plastic tools' or 'stainless steel tools', no medical words on the box, so you can get them more convenient. But if customs block the package and ask for over-charged tax and the goods will be holding by customs or sent back to us. We will return the money to you if the goods get back. But the delivery cost will be deducted. |
